Tim Rimpo of Rimpo and Associates assisted the Sacramento Air District in developing and updating the Road Construction Emissions Model.
This spreadsheet model can be used to estimate construction emissions from new road construction, road widening, and bridge construction.
The most recent version uses EMFAC2007 and OFFROAD2007 emission factors.
